I am a dreamer: I dream a world where mankind and nature can live together in harmony.

A world where women and men eat natural food that makes them stronger and lightweight, sensitive and intuitive. A world where the humans do not cause suffering to animals for feeding or for dressing, but create with them a great family that has our Earth like home. A world where mankind dominates nature just enough to help nature to help us, not exploit it and defy it . A world where the humans can be free to walk as if he is nude, because his thought is nude and simple.

I dream a world where the every person can felt within himself his nature and live it, scraping away years of insecurities, social constraints , false needs, false myths. A world where we can live without afraid, but we can enjoy of our life, and where death is not to be avoided at all costs but accepted with serenity. A world where science is at the service of mankind and nature and not at the service of private profits.

But if I want that this dream will be a reality, I must first make it real for me. I write this contributions also with these goals in mind. Writing is a way to know myself and learn more about the world, it is a way to know which path I must follow and how to follow it, to understand what are my true values and how to live in agreement with them.

My goals are... to know me, to love me, to be free, to live respecting my nature, the nature that surrounds us and share these ideas with those that  have my same sensibility and my same dreams.

about some of my reflections,

about some of my experiences

and the experiences of others.

Many of my Hubs are about healthy nutrition,

how to lose weight

and some issue related to nutrition.

 I think that what we eat has an important role on how we feel.
